Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use and Restrictions

All photographs, images, artwork, graphics, written content, branding, educational materials, and other creative works displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Constance Calton Photography LLC ("CCP") or are used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Visitors, clients, and other third parties may not copy, download, reproduce, scrape, extract, upload, submit, distribute, modify, manipulate, or otherwise use any photograph, image, written content, or other creative work belonging to CCP for the purpose of training, developing, testing, prompting, operating, or improving any artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, image generation, image editing, facial recognition, or similar automated system without the prior written consent of CCP.

Photographs created by CCP may not be uploaded to or altered using artificial intelligence or generative editing tools for the purpose of changing, recreating, extending, retouching, restyling, or generating derivative versions of the original photograph. This includes, but is not limited to, AI generated backgrounds, facial or body modifications, object additions or removals, generative fill, style transformations, or other AI assisted alterations that materially change the photographer's finished work.

No content from this website may be used to create AI generated photographs, images, artwork, written materials, branding, or other content that imitates, replicates, or is represented as the work, photographic style, editing style, branding, or creative output of Constance Calton Photography LLC.

CCP may use artificial intelligence and other technology assisted tools in connection with its business operations, including administrative tasks, marketing, written content development, image organization, workflow assistance, and other business purposes. Any such use does not transfer ownership of CCP's intellectual property or grant third parties permission to use CCP content with artificial intelligence systems.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, access to this website does not constitute permission or a license for artificial intelligence training, data mining, scraping, automated collection, dataset creation, or machine learning purposes.

Any unauthorized use of CCP's intellectual property, including use involving artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies, may constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions and CCP's intellectual property rights. CCP reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
